- AI Nature: Our services are powered by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI can produce hallucinations, incorrect information, or biased content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before using it in your professional capacity.
- No Guarantee: We do not guarantee job interviews, employment offers, or specific ATS-score improvements resulting from our service.
3. Credits, Payments, and Refunds
Our premium features operate on a credit-based economy:
- Purchases: Credit packs are purchased securely via our third-party payment partners. All purchases are final unless required by law.
- Usage: Specific AI actions deduct a predetermined amount of credits. You will be notified of costs prior to action execution.
- Action Failures: In the event of a system failure or network error during an AI generation process after credits have been deducted, our system is designed to automatically refund the spent credits to your account.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your linked authentication account.
- Submit truthful professional information. Uploading fraudulent data or impersonating others is prohibited.
- Not abuse the system, attempt to bypass credit deductions, or scrape our platform data.
